The recombinant Protein A contains 6 IgG-binding regions of protein A. Cell wall binding region, albumin binding region and other non-specific binding regions that have been eliminated from the recombinant Protein-A to ensure the maximum specific IgG binding. Protein A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques
